Terms & Conditions.

01 · The session

What you're booking.

The Connected CX Session is a one-on-one, 60-minute working session held over Zoom between you and Natalie at Perfect Your CX. The session focuses on building a custom prompt library and connecting AI tools to the platforms you already use in your business.

02 · Payment

Pricing and billing.

The session is $499 USD, paid in full at booking, or available as two payments of $250 USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your session is confirmed once payment is received.

03 · Scheduling

Booking your time.

After payment, you'll receive an intake form and a scheduling link to choose your session time. Please complete the intake form at least 48 hours before your scheduled session so Natalie can show up to the call already prepared with your business in mind.

04 · Rescheduling

Life happens.

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Within 24 hours, rescheduling is allowed once at our discretion. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

05 · Refunds

Refund policy.

Because the session involves significant preparation work tailored to your business, all payments are non-refundable once the intake form has been submitted or 48 hours before your session — whichever comes first. If you cancel before either of those events, you're eligible for a full refund.

06 · Deliverables

What you receive.

Following the session you'll receive a finalized prompt library tailored to your tools and community, plus a written summary of what we covered. Deliverables are typically sent within 5 business days of the session.

07 · Tools and access

Your platforms.

You are responsible for any third-party platform fees or upgrades required to connect AI tools to your stack (for example, Circle Pro for MCP access). If you're unsure what your setup requires, email natalie@perfectyourcx.com before booking.

08 · Confidentiality

Your business stays yours.

Anything shared during the intake or the session — your data, your community, your customers, your strategy — is treated as confidential and is not shared with anyone outside of Perfect Your CX. Prompts and frameworks built during the session belong to you to keep, edit, and use as you wish.

09 · No guarantees

Results vary.

The session provides tools, prompts, and strategy. The actual outcomes in your business depend on how you apply them. No specific revenue, retention, or engagement results are guaranteed.
